- Eligibility for Returns
Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible, the item must be:
Unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice, order confirmation, or receipt).
Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, or customization (e.g., perishable goods, personal care products, custom-made items).
- How to Initiate a Return
Contact our Customer Service Team at contact@edvininnovations.com with your order number and reason for return.
Our team will provide you with return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.
Pack the item securely and send it back as instructed.
- Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
- Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the replacement item.
- Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
- Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards, downloadable software, and digital products cannot be returned.
Items purchased from third-party sellers should be returned directly to the seller in accordance with their policies.
